Clear Springs Apartments was announced as Good Housing Virginia’s first development shortly after the partnership was formed in 2024, and at 180 affordable apartments across two buildings it remains the largest community in the portfolio. The project will be integrated into the larger Village at Clear Springs which includes amenities such as USTA tennis center, pool, clubhouse, and walking trails. Similar to the rest of that portfolio it is financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and built to a certified green standard. Good Housing expects to welcome residents to Leesburg in fall 2028.
