Loudoun County Supervisors Expedite Affordable Housing Applications: In response to rising housing costs, Loudoun County’s Board of Supervisors is expediting affordable housing applications. A new policy aims to reduce the review process from three years to eight months, focusing on rental units for households earning less than 100% of the area median income.

Good Housing Virginia, led by Kim Hart, John Pellerito, and Colin Stiles, aims to address Northern Virginia’s affordable housing shortage. With a history of delivering over 800 units, Hart’s new venture focuses on building attainable homes, starting with 180 units in the Village at Clear Springs^. The partnership combines expertise in real estate investment and development to meet local housing needs.
